Bruyère Centre for Immigrants

219 Argyle Ave., Ottawa

Dedicated to the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa whose generosity and beliefs sustain the Catholic Immigration Centre's mission. - January 1, 2001.

Located at 219 Argyle Avenue, the Bruyère Centre for Immigrants represents an effort to bring services needed by newcomers and immigration-related organizations together under one roof.

The Centre is the first such multi-service project of its kind in the City of Ottawa. It provides newcomers with one-stop access to the services of several agencies, groups and organizations that operate out of the Centre and co-operate with one another.

The Centre also provides a model program through which community organizations may access a wide range of administrative services, office space, and meeting facilities, resulting in lower overhead costs.
